Are the certifications you offer officially valid?
Yes. All of our certifications are endorsed by CertiProf, an internationally recognized organization, which guarantees their global validity in companies and organizations across any sector.
Are the courses online or in person?
We offer a 100% online option, with live classes and materials available on our platform, as well as a hybrid option for those who prefer to combine virtual sessions with in-person meetings.
How long are the courses?
The duration depends on the certification. On average, our courses last 16 to 40 hours, divided into intensive or flexible sessions depending on your availability.
Is the certification exam included in the course?
Yes. All of our programs include access to the official CertiProf exam, as well as practice simulators to ensure your preparation.
What happens if I don't pass the exam on the first try?
Don't worry. We offer a second attempt at a special discount, and we have promotions that will give you two attempts for the same price.
Do I need previous experience to take the courses?
It depends on the course:
For introductions (Scrum, Agile, Design Thinking, ISO Fundamentals) you do not need previous experience.
For advanced courses such as ISO Lead Auditor, we recommend having basic knowledge of the standard or experience in systems management.
How long does it take for my certificate to arrive?
Your CertiProf digital certificate typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days after passing your exam; in most cases, it takes much less time.
